The information on this website is based on the law applying to England and Wales only. Ace the eleven plus Ltd claim copyright in these pages, which you may print for personal use. However you must not make further copies or reproduce them without prior written authority or a licence from us.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa credit and debit cards / Mastercard / Switch / Solo and Maestro. You may send your credit card informayion over the Internet or send a cheque to Ace Medicine, 51 Jersey Road, Hounslow Middlesex, TW5 0TR.

Returns Policy

Ace the eleven plus products can be returned within seven days of purchase. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and the product returned. Once confirmed a cheque will be sent to the address on the original invoice. The refund will be for the full value of the set. Postage and packing costs will not be refunded. Ace the eleven plus advisors will be sole arbiters of this guarantee and refunds will not be unreasonably withheld. Participants on agreeing to take part in this offer; agree to be bound by the decision of the advisors on suitability for the guarantee and that the purchaser has a valid claim for a refund. If refused a refund the purchaser agrees that they have no right of appeal and that the advisor is fully within their rights to decline or nullify the guarantee. This offer can be withdrawn or with held without notice and at any time.

Important Information

The content and facilities of the web site will be referred to as the "service", the user will be referred to as "you" and Ace the eleven plus will be referred to as "AEP" or "we".

The following agreement sets out the terms under which AEP will provide the service to you. AEP may revise this Agreement at any time, and such revision shall be effective thirty (30) days after posting of the revised Agreement on the Web Site. You agree to review the Agreement on the Web Site periodically to become aware of such revisions. If you do not agree to the revisions you may terminate your agreement immediately.

The information on this website is provided in good faith and has been checked for accuracy wherever possible. You should always discuss with your colleagues and seniors before adopting any practice with which you are not familiar. There is acceptable variation in examination technique. You are strongly advised to consult your own clinical teachers. AEP assumes no responsibility for any damages suffered by you, including, but not limited to, loss of data, items or characters from delays, nondeliveries, errors, system down time, misdeliveries or service interruptions caused by AEP, its affiliates, licensors and subcontractors, or by your or any other member's own errors and/or omissions. AEP makes no warranty with respect to any related software or hardware used or provided by AEP in connection with the Service.

Limitation of Liability.

You acknowledge and agree that AEP shall not assume or have any liability for any action by AEP or its content providers, other members or other licensors with respect to conduct, communication or content on the service or the software. AEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages in connection with the service. AM's entire liability to you and your explusive remedy for any breach of any implied or express warranty, or for breach of this agreement is limited solely to any fees paid by you for the service, which is provided free of charge at the current time. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, in such states AEP's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
